The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the artwork reproduced on the Prints remain with the artist at all times. The purchase of a Print does not grant you any ownership rights in the artwork itself. You may use the Prints for personal use, extended to decoration in a commercial property.
Should you receive your artwork damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damages to: Jasmineroseellery@hotmail.com

The requested photos will help begin a claim with the courier. In this latter circumstance, we ask you keep the artwork and all packaging for a period of 30 days as some couriers will request inspection before a claim can be made.
